They were divided into two groups, group A which compromised 10 patients received Imipramine (Tofranil) antidepressant drug and group B compromised 10 patients received Maprotiline (Ludiomil) anti depressant drug.This study was performed to assess the effect of antidepressant drugs on the gingival and periodontal status.
